DECISION AND ORDER
ARTHUR N. VOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court is the Motion of John A. and Teresa D. Seungio, lessors of the Debtor, for Relief from the Automatic Stay in order to continue state court eviction proceedings against the Debtor. At issue is whether the Debtor retained a sufficient legal or equitable interest in the leased premises, as of the date of its bankruptcy filing, which interest may be used in formulating a Chapter 11 plan of reorganization.
