Plaintiffs appeal a judgment dismissing their complaint for failure to state a claim. We affirm.
In reviewing the dismissal of the complaint for failure to state a claim, we accept as true all well-pleaded allegations of fact, as well as all reasonable inferences that maybe drawn from them. Huang v. Claussen, 147 Or App 330, 332, 936 P2d 394, rev den 325 Or 438 (1997). In their second amended complaint, plaintiffs allege the following.
