The plaintiff, an infant of between seven and eight years, with three ór mere companions of like tender age, the eldest being but a year or two older than the plaintiff, had been about the tracks of the defendant company on North American stréet in the City of Philadelphia at or near the point of the street’s intersection with Dauphin street, but for what length of time does not appear.
