SPECTOR, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order dismissing with prejudice plaintiffs’ complaint in a negligence action.

*734The incident giving rise to this action involved a collision between the plaintiff, a minor who was operating a motorcycle, and a motor vehicle driven by the individual ap-pellee and owned by the corporate appellee. The former was alleged to be a servant, officer, or employee of the latter.
