Angelo Carmen Anile, defendant in the above styled criminal action, is part owner of the State Line Pharmacy, a drugstore located in Hancock County, West Virginia. On the morning of June 3, 1970, defendant’s pharmacy was visited by three special agents of the Bureau of Narcotic and Dangerous Drugs who identified themselves, presented defendant with a written notice of inspection and informed him of their desire to conduct an inspection.
