D.A. (father) appeals from a contempt judgment entered by a judge of the Probate and Family Court, as amended and supplemented, and an order denying his motion for relief from the judgment on which the contempt was brought. These *198actions, which were heard together by the panel, all have their genesis in the father’s failure to return the parties’ child to M.M. (mother) after the child was taken to Costa Rica by the father in 2006. We affirm the judgment, as supplemented, and the order.
