Green, joined by her husband, Joseph Green, against the American Central Insurance Company on a fire insurance policy for $1500, issued by defendant in the lower court, on her household and ldtchen furniture, useful and ornamental, sewing machines, mirrors, plate and plated ware, etc., trunks, valises, and family stores, in certain two and one-story frame building on lots 8, 9, and 10, block-18, Ethel avenue, Provident Heights addition to the city of Waco, Texas, insuring term beginning 1st December, 1894, and ending the first day of December,…
