This appeal presents two questions. First, did the probate judge correctly find that appellant Michelle D. Smith had a conflict of interest when she simultaneously served as attorney to the personal representative of a decedent’s estate and contracted with the latter to sell real property of the estate using Smith’s services as sole owner of a real estate brokerage company?
