By a bill of interpleader the petitioner, Manufacturers Life Insurance Company, sought in the court below to have a judicial determination of the rights of the several respondents in a fund of $10,000 in the possession of the petitioner, which fund represents the proceeds of a group life insurance policy issued by petitioner to Joseph Ralph Fisher, who died September 17, 1934.
