Plaintiffs Clinton Pavelko and Jean Holman ("plaintiffs"), on behalf of their minor child H.P., have filed this suit under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA"), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq. Plaintiffs seek judicial review of certain conclusions contained within a final administrative decision of the D.C. Office of the State Superintendent of Education. See generally Compl. [Dkt. # 1].
