Before the Court is the Complaint for Objection to Discharge of Cynthia Clay-brook pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 523 and 727 (the “Complaint”) filed by Roderick Bell (the “Plaintiff’ or “Bell”) against Cynthia Claybrook (the “Defendant” or “Claybrook”). The Complaint seeks an order denying the Defendant a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(3) and (a)(5) or, alternatively, an order declaring the Defendant’s obligations to the Plaintiff to be nondischargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A) and awarding the Plaintiff interest and…
