PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE
This matter is before the Court upon Debtors’ Application for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction prayed for in conjunction with Debtors’ Complaint filed on 12 May 1982. The Court approved the Temporary Restraining Order on 13 May 1982, and conducted an emergency hearing on 18 May 1982 on the question of the preliminary injunction, submitted post-trial legal memoranda, and jointly submitted certified copy of the state court proceedings in issue, of which this Court took judicial notice.
