OPINION

PARKS, Judge:

Lloyd Mancil Nickell, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of Larceny of Gasoline [21 O.S.Supp.1982, § 1722], in Case No. CRF-83-248, in the District Court of Kay County, the Honorable Lowell Dog-gett, District Judge, presiding. The jury set punishment at one (1) year imprisonment and a $7,500.00 fine. Judgment and sentence was imposed in accordance with the jury’s verdict. We affirm.
