I concur in the result of the majority’s decision to affirm the summary judgment in favor of the Mathises. I write separately to state my belief that shooting an air rifle in the direction of another person is evidence of recklessness. See M.S. v. State, 625 So.2d 1187 (Ala.Crim.App.1993) (juvenile adjudicated delinquent based on offense of reckless endangerment when he shot BB gun at passer sby).
