Bonasoro v. CMC Associates, Inc.

This is an action in contract in which the plaintiff alleged that the defendant failed to pay wages under an employment contract and that the failure to pay the wages constituted an unfair and deceptive act under G.L. c. 93A. The defendant denied the claim and alleged that the plaintiff deferred wages in exchange for an option to purchase stock of the defendant corporation.
