*1119{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant Ralph "Sonny" Ash appeals his convictions in the Monroe County Common Pleas Court for murder, abuse of a corpse, and having weapons while under disability. Appellant assigns as error ineffective assistance of counsel for failing to file a suppression motion alleging the first search warrant was based on stale information.
