HERLANDS, District Judge.
On October 29, 1962, BarChris Construction Corporation, the debtor, filed a petition for an arrangement under Section 322 of Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 722.
Subsequently, eight of its subsidiaries or subsidiaries of subsidiaries filed Chapter XI petitions with this Court. All of *230the debtors were adjudicated bankrupt on March 19, 1963. On May 16, 1963, a receiver (Marvin Rosen, Esq.) was appointed for the debtors after the adjudication was vacated by consent of the parties.
