SHEPARD, Justice.

Appellant William Jackson was tried by a jury and convicted of attempted robbery, a class B felony. Ind.Code § 85-42-5-1 (Burns 1985); Ind.Code § 85-41-5-1 (Burns 1985). The trial court imposed a prison sentence of fifteen years.

Appellant raises three issues in this direct appeal:(1) Whether the identification evidence is sufficient to sustain his conviction;(2) Whether the trial court erred by excluding the testimony of a defense witness that she had onee mistaken another man for defendant, and,(8) Whether the trial court erroneously refused defendant's tendered instruction…
