STORCKMAN, Judge.

This is an action for damages in the sum of $18,808.45 alleged to have been suffered when baling wire stored with the Kansas City Underground Industrial Center, Inc., became rusty. The Kansas City Underground Industrial Center, Inc., was a licensed warehouse company incorporated under the laws of Missouri. Its charter was forfeited,' however, for failure to file annual reports, and the action proceeded against the last officers and members of the board of directors as trustees for the defunct corporation.
