On May 16, 1922, defendant in error filed this suit in the district court of Tarrant county against Bob Lee and Hub Lee, alleged to be residents of Dallas county, to recover the sum of $920.85, alleged to be due for certain building material furnished to Bob Lee and claimed to have been used in the repair and improvement of a tract of 123 acres of land in Dallas county owned by Hub Lee.
