STRUCKMEYER, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Monte Lee Burr, was convicted of five counts of securities fraud, in violation of A.R.S. § 44-1991, and appeals. Jurisdiction was obtained pursuant to Rule 47(e)(5), Rules of the Supreme Court, 17A A.R.S.

Monte Lee Burr was employed as a land salesman from January until April of 1973 by Rotola Investment Company, a corporation (RIMCO). It sold land owned by Bank er’s Finance and Holding Company, a corporation (Banker’s).
