BERREY, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree, wherein he was sentenced to ten and five years respectively in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Defendant along with three other persons, broke into the Jackson County residence of Mrs. Geraldine Murry, a widow, seventy-one years old, with fractures in her back, about midnight December 1, 1981.
