| jThis appeal is taken from the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of Progressive County Mutual Insurance Company.

On July 14, 2008, Jonus Johnson was working as a mechanic in his father’s shop. Among the vehicles in the shop for repairs that day were a Peterbilt dump truck and a Sterling truck. The Peterbilt truck was owned by Renaldo Simmons and the Sterling truck was owned by B & S Trucking, Inc. and Rudy St. Amand. Brandon St. Amand had driven the Sterling truck to the shop for service.
