The appellant, L.J.K., was indicted for three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, violations of § 13A-6-66(a)(3), Ala. Code 1975, and three counts of sodomy in the first degree, violations of § 13A-6-63(a)(3), Ala.Code 1975.
