DUFFY, Circuit Judge.

The petitioner who is confined in the United States penitentiary at Terre Haute, Indiana, petitioned the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana for the issuance of a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner claims his constitutional rights were violated because he was effectively denied counsel and the opportunity to present testimony of voluntary witnesses at his parole revocation hearing which was held far from his home and the place of the alleged parole violation.
