This matter comes before the Court on the issues raised by the Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Homestead Exemption, filed by Theo D. Mann (hereinafter “Trustee”). A hearing on the Trustee’s Motion was held on August 26,1994, during which time a dispute arose as to whether or not a particular item of property belonged to the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of Curtis Wilhem MeBarnette (hereinafter “Debtor”).
