The bill recites that on the 25th of October, 1879, Lyman S. Thompson, one of the plaintiffs, and T. P. Tisdale, became the lessees for a term of years of certain lands and a sugarmill in Kohala, Hawaii; that in February of 1880, Thompson assigned his interest to Tisdale, and that- in February, 1888,. Tisdale assigned the lease and premises to certain persons who have been incorporated, and as such corporation are the defendants.
