This is a suit brought by Mary Cassidy and others who constitute the larger number of the heirs of Charlie Prof-fit, deceased, to cancel certain conveyances of record in Franklin County as clouds upon the alleged title of the complainants, and to confirm their title to eighty acres of land in said county as against the defendants, Central Lumber Company and others.
