Reversing.

In June, 1925, a constable of Floyd county filed before a .justice of the peace the following ¿ffidavit, to-wit:

“The affiant, J. B. Clark, C. F. C., whose post-office address is Garrett, state of Kentucky, states that he is a constable of Floyd county, Kentucky, and that he has reasonable grounds to believe, and does believe, that intoxicating liquors are being sold, manufactured, disposed of or illegally possessed in a house, building or premises, and located and described as follows: one dwelling and outbuildings.
