DAUGHERTY, Chief Judge.

Following their jury convictions in this case, the Defendants Thomas C. Erickson and Aneta J. Erickson filed herein their Motion For Leave To Appeal In Forma Pauperis. Each Defendant filed an Affidavit To Accompany Motion For Leave To Appeal In Forma Pauperis. The Motion was also supported by Exhibit A setting out the issues to be presented on appeal and by a declaration of Clyde R.
