After a one-week jury trial, Defendants Tyrone Felder (“Felder”) and Kareem Martin (“Martin”) (collectively, “Defendants”) were convicted of conspiracy to distribute and to possess with the intent to distribute cocaine base, cocaine, and marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; and of using, carrying, possessing, and brandishing a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking offense, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 924(c)(1)(A)(i) — (iii), and (2).
