CASE SUMMARY

Appellant Tammy Price has been employed as a part-time employee by George Fern Exposition & Event Services ("Employer") since October of 1991. Due to the nature of her work with Employer, Price would occasionally go through short periods of unemployment. During these periods of unemployment, Price would apply for unemployment compensation benefits.
