RUDKIN, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a decree granting an injunction pendente lite, restraining a receiver from carrying out or obeying an order of the state court by which he was appointed. The appellant was appointed receiver of the Wibaux County Bank by the district court of the Seventh judicial district of the state of Montana, in and for the county of Wibaux, at the suit of the Attorney General of the state, and was, at the time of the entry of the decree complained of, charged with the duty of liquidating the affairs of the bank, collecting its assets, and making distribution…
