Four applications, two by creditors’ committees of Land Estates, Incorporated, and Liberdar Holding Corporation, respectively (hereinafter referred to as “ Land Estates ” and “ Liberdar ”), and two by the Superintendent of Insurance, as liquidator of New York Title and Mortgage Company (hereinafter referred to as “the title company”), have been consolidated into one proceeding.
