In this appeal in an action at law for breach of contract, we review the trial court’s action in setting aside a default judgment.
On February 7, 1975, appellant Landcraft Company, Inc., the plaintiff below, filed its motion for judgment in the trial court against defendants Berlage-Bernstein Builders, Inc., and Donald M. Kincaid, both doing business as Kings Highway Associates Limited Partnership.
