MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, District Judge.

This case is currently before the court on the motion of Bruce Kozlowski (the “state defendant”), pursuant to Rule 62(c), Fed.R.Civ.P., for a stay. On October 25, 1989, the court issued a Memorandum Opinion and Order which granted plaintiffs’ motions for summary judgment and certified this case as a class action. 724 F.Supp. 404. The court issued a permanent injunction requiring the defendants to provide Medicaid benefits to the plaintiff class in accordance with the court’s Order, along with certain other relief.
