MEMORANDUM

WISEMAN, District Judge.

The plaintiff, a Tennessee resident, has filed this cause of action against Dynamics Health Equipment Manufacturing Company, Inc., [DHEM] a Texas corporation, and Lloyd Lambert, Sr., and Lloyd Lambert, Jr., both of whom are Texas residents. The plaintiff alleges that the defendants have breached a contract entered into with the plaintiff and have wrongfully appropriated the plaintiff’s invention. This matter is presently before the Court on defendants’ Rule 12(b) motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s claim for lack of personal jurisdiction over each of the…
