The plaintiff appeals from orders sustaining a demurrer to his testimony and refusing certain proffered amendments to his petition.

He alleged in substance that the plaintiff was a stockholder in the Western Straw Products Company, a corporation organized for the purpose of manufacturing strawboard and paper, of which stock he owned 100 shares of $100 each; that in January, 1914, a new company was organized known as The Hutchinson Box Board & Paper Company, which was a reorganization of the former company and which took over and became the…
