Defendant Robert Timothy McKinney was charged with two counts of homicide by vehicle in the first degree, failing to stop at or return to the scene of an accident, reckless driving, failing to report an accident resulting in injury, death or property damage, following too closely and driving too fast for conditions. Defendant was tried before a jury.
