ROVNER, Circuit Judge.

In 2011, Kaliph Whitlow pled guilty to two counts of distribution of five or more grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), crimes he committed before the August 3, 2010 effective date of the Fair Sentencing Act of 2010. See Pub.L. 111-220, 124 Stat. 2372 (2010) (hereafter the “Fair Sentencing Act” or the “Act”).
