MEMORANDUM AND ORDER RE FINAL ALLOWANCES

This matter arises upon consideration of applications for final allowances filed by various functionaries who have rendered services to the estate.
On November 6, 1974, Photon Inc. filed a voluntary petition for an arrangement under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act (formerly 11 U.S.C. § 701, et seq.). One week later, an operating Receiver was appointed. On February 7,1975, the Debtor proposed a plan of arrangement. This plan was rejected by the Creditors’ Committee.
