The plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendant the sum of $5,652.87 which she alleges is the aggregate of a series of loans by her to the defendant.

The parties were married on October 10, 1936, but for some years they have not lived together. The jurisdiction of the Court is 'based on diversity of citizenship. The plaintiff alleges that between October 26, 1936 and September 10, 1937 the money was advanced for the purpose of enabling the defendant to begin “the business of aircraft flying instructor and the purchase-of equipment” in connection with such business.…
