MCSHANE, Judge:

Petitioner, Gary Lee Walls, is currently serving a 120-month sentence imposed pursuant to a plea agreement under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11(c)(1)(B). On June 23, 2016, he filed a motion to vacate or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, arguing that the Supreme Court's holding in Johnson v. United States , --- U.S. ----, 135 S.Ct. 2551, 192 L.Ed.2d 569 (2015), which invalidated the residual clause of the Armed Career Criminals Act ("ACCA"), renders his sentence constitutionally deficient.
