We review a judgment of the Court of Appeal maintaining an exception of res judicata as to plaintiffs’ suit against the defendant, Harold J. Delhommer, and exceptions of no cause and no right of action as to their suit against the co-defendant, Louisiana Power & Light Company. The *1128case raises important questions concerning the doctrine of res judicata in Louisiana.
