Killearn Homes Ass'n v. Visconti Family Ltd. Partnership

The appellant challenges a final summary judgment, raising two issues: I. Whether the trial court erred in granting final summary judgment in favor of the appellees based on its narrow construction of the term “building” in a deed restriction, allowing appellees to erect a billboard without prior approval; and II. whether the trial court erred in finding that there is no claim against Lamar for tortious interference of the appellant’s contract with appellee Visconti.
