This is a proceeding to enforce the individual liability of a stockholder of the Cawker City State Bank, a corporation organized under the laws of Kansas. On October 7, 1891, the Citizens’ Savings Bank of Concordia recovered a judgment in the district court of Mitchell’county against the said Cawker City State Bank for $1,274.- On October 9 an execution was issued on said judgment, which was on October 20 thereafter returned by the sheriff unsatisfied, for the reason, as shown by Ms return, that after diligent search and inquiry he could…
