This is an original proceeding in prohibition wherein the relator, Thomas W. Cline, prosecutor of Ozark County, Missouri, seeks to prohibit the Honorable Roger Wall (“Respondent”),1 from enforcing an order entered by him relieving the Board of Probation and Parole (“the Board”) from supervision, and discharging James D. Zanzig (“Probationer”) from his sentence. The issue arises because Respondent indicated his intent to sustain Probationer’s motion to discharge him from probation.
