Hamilton, Jr. and wife, Mary Nelle Hamilton (hereafter “Hamilton” or “plaintiff”) 1 brought an action for breach of contract against Gibson County Utility District (“defendant”) claiming defendant unilaterally terminated health insurance coverage for Hamilton and his wife subsequent to Hamilton’s retirement from defendant.
