Before the Court is the Trustee’s Objection to Exemptions filed by R. Ray Ful-mer, II [the Trustee]. The Trustee objects to the Debtor’s claim of homestead exemption under the Arkansas Constitution. The issue before the Court is whether the Debtor qualifies as a head of household. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334 and 28 U.S.C. § 157, and it is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B).
