Solomon, J.), entered March 1, 2006, which, in a declaratory judgment action involving plaintiffs status as a holder of unsold shares in defendant cooperative, granted plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction enjoining the cooperative and defendant managing agent from terminating plaintiffs proprietary lease, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
